Skull & Spade Skateboard Deck, 10 x 30.125, Orange Stain

The Powell Peralta Steve Steadham Skull & Spade Skateboard Deck is a premium quality, 7-ply hard-rock maple product, made right. The deck dimensions are 10" x 30.125", featuring a Long 4 - 2.5" Old School Truck Hole Pattern, a 15.5" wheelbase, 3.875" nose, and 6.63" tail. The shape is 153 / Concave SP3. This deck does not include grip tape.

Steadham's Spade Artwork: Shortly after his second-place finish at the Eagle Rock ramp contest and fourth-place result at the Midwest Melee in Nebraska, Steadham was given his own pro model by Stacy Peralta and George Powell in 1985. The Rasta-skull graphic designed by Craig Stecyk, along with the sidecut shape, helped propel Steadham's signature deck to become one of the company's best-sellers at the time. However, Steadham later says he regrets his decision to leave the Bones Brigade team towards the end of 1985.

Powell-Peralta Re-Issue Construction: These re-issue decks are close reproductions of their 1980s counterparts, retaining the original top and bottom graphics, shape, and concave. Manufactured in partnership with a facility in Mexico, the decks are made using U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets Powell-Peralta's specifications, warranted against delamination for the deck's useful life. The shape and graphics were created in Santa Barbara, California.
